Additional Information
We are a small, fee-for-service clinic, meaning although we direct bill many insurance companies but we collect the difference (the amount not covered by your insurance) at the time of service (via cash, credit card, check, debit card, health savings accounts, master card).
After each session we will email or print invoice for our patients. We also help our patients in sending paper claim forms to the Extended health coverage if it does not allow online claims.
